Bangladesh Journal of Water Resources Research (BJWRR)
Bangladesh Journal of Water Resource Research (ISSN 1017-9186) is the flagship journal of the Department of Water Resources Engineering. The journal provides a forum for the presentation of fundamental scientific researches so that the researchers can exchange and share professional, technical and academic knowledge on various aspects of water resources engineering. The journal covers many areas of research, including hydraulics and hydrodynamic processes; surface and subsurface hydrology; hydrophysics and hydrometeorology; environmental aspects of water quality and protection; economic, social, and legal aspects of water resources development; mathematical and stochastic analysis of water resources systems etc.
The journal was first published by the Department at October, 1979. So far twenty two volumes of the journal have been published. Contributors include recognized researchers and practitioners of different educational institutions and government and non-government organizations related to water resources systems engineering, planning and management.
